Contemporary Farmhouse

This bathroom has all of the selections to make the typical farmhouse look. This includes the Edison bulbs pendants hanging by the mirrors and the black finish on the plumbing fixtures. This vanity has plenty of storage but I would replace the hardware with black pulls to match the plumbing.

The marble-look porcelain tile is a less expensive option than true marble but still gives that great classic spa look we all want in our bathrooms. The matching white quartz countertop keeps the clean sleek look. The larger 12x24 tiles placed vertically creates the appeal of taller ceilings therefore emphasizing the size of the room.

To add to the rustic feel, I added the charcoal subway-sizes floor tile but when laid in a herringbone pattern it not only modernizes the space, but it gives it a bold contrast that excites the eye.

I also love the new Delta Stryke collection. It's sleek curves contrasts perfectly with the cross handles. And the Delta matte black finish keeps the Farmhouse idea but can still be used in every day Contemporary settings.

These selections would surely give you a spa retreat feeling when simply brushing your teeth in the morning!
